FITSQR Fat Burn Program

The FITDUO Fat Burn Program consists of a 4 week training as well as nutritional program which is geared towards burning your fat while keeping you nice and lean.
You can continue to stick to the nutritional advice even for more than 4 weeks if you choose to and you don't have to do the specific workouts suggested in the program but you should be participating in a workout that consists of weight training as well as cardio (preferably a HIIT program). If you are doing FITSQR LIVE classes, you can sub those with the suggested workout.
